INEC presents Certificate of Return to Fubara, Others

The Independent National Electoral Commission has presented a Certificate of Return to the Rivers Governor-elect of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara. Fubara received it moments ago at the State INEC office in Port Harcourt.
Sir Siminalayi Fubara, Governor-elect of Rivers State receives his Certificate of Return. The Commission’s National Electoral Commissioner, Mrs Mbu who presented the Certificate of Return earlier charged the Governor elect and others to run an all inclusive administration.

The Port Harcourt Telegraph reports that there were restrictions at the gate as officials insisted that only elected persons and their spouses were needed at the Media Centre which was used as the venue of the event.
