Peter Obi: He is not telling Nigerians the truth, Asari Dokubo insists on his Facebook page.
Leader of the once famous Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, Mujahid Asari Dokubo is very angry.
He is angry with the Presidential flag-bearer of the Labour Party, Peter Obi who is engaged in a game of wits with Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP.
Asari who gave up militancy and the fight in the creeks in exchange for freedom and peace with the Nigerian nation said Obi is lying to the Nigerian people.
The ex-militant described the former Anambra State Governor as a huge scammer and a liar who has been deceiving his fellow countrymen.
Dismissing the antics of the presidential candidate of Labour, Asari said his ‘OBI-dient movement’ which is raking in millions in public donations “is going nowhere.”
The former freedom fighter who took to his Facebook page remarked, “There is a scammer in town. Peter Obi is scamming people with lies and people are believing him.”
“This is nauseating”, the ex-freedom fighter stressed.
Asari observed that Anambra is among states that are endowed on account of its human resources and industry.
“They have Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi. These are the biggest goldmines in Nigeria after Lagos, Port Harcourt and Aba.
Nyesom Wike, Governor of a big ticket state.
“They said he saved seventy-something billion. What is seventy-something billion? The money that Wike toys with in Rivers.”
Atiku, Tinubu, two heavyweights that Obi will be confronting in 2023
Asari said Obi would be no match for the presidential candidates of the APC and the PDP.
“How would you compare Obi with Tinubu or Atiku”, Asari asked, “What is his antecedent?”
Dokubo said on his Dokubo Asari Justice Foundation page on Facebook that Obi is only dishing out “lies”, saying his alleged attempt to scam the Nigerian people will fail.
Obi will not be the first leader from the South East that Asari has had a brush with.
Asari Dokubo, Nnamdi Kanu, former best friends who are sworn foes
Prior to his arrest and detention, Asari had a running battle with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the self acclaimed leader of the Biafran struggle and founder of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB.
