A one-time Commissioner for Agriculture in Rivers State under the Amaechi administration has been honoured alongside other illustrious sons and daughters of Wezina Ogbakiri.
He was conferred with a chieftaincy title, Eze Igwugwu, in recognition of his contributions to the development of the community.
The honour was bestowed on him last Saturday by the Paramount Ruler of Wezina(Ogbakiri), Eze Ferdinand Eleni Ekenta, Ekenta The XIII in conjunction with the Wezina Council Of Chiefs and Traditional Rulers.
The event took place Saturday morning at Obiri Wezina, Oduoha, Ogbakiri.
Meanwhile,  congratulatory messages have started pouring in following the elevation of Chindah to the status of a Chief.

Chief Ogbonna Nwuke,  a former member of the National Assembly and the Agunechemba of Igboh Kingdom has congratulated Chindah, saying it is an honour well deserved.
Nwuke said he was not surprised that Chindah who helped to restore Risonpalm as a serving commissioner under the administration of Governor Rotimi Amaechi was singled out for recognition by his own people.
