Liverpool remain unbeatable

Leaders of the English Premier, Liverpool FC otherwise known as the “Reds” Thursday continued their unbeaten run since the league began.
The Reds easily snatched the three points at stake from Sheffield United in a thrilling encounter at Anfield.
The Egyptian talisman,  Mohammed Salah got his side in front after squeezing a shot through the far corner for the curtain raiser.
Scores at half time was Liverpool one; Sheffield zero.
In the second half, the European champions continued their dominance  of the game, spraying accurate passes and denying the visitors access to the ball to the delight of the full capacity crowd that thronged the stadium.
The second goal for Liverpool came in the second half through hard-fighting Sadio Mane.
Mane’s first attempt at goal was denied by the Sheffield keeper who parried the ball into the field of play under pressure.
But Mane, fast like a bolt, was quick to attempt a second which grazed the top right corner of the net to put the match out of reach to the visitors.
Thus far, Liverpool appears determined to equal the records of both Man United and Arsenal.
