Ogbakor Etche, the social Cultural group of the people of the Etche Ethnic Nationality now has a new President General.
He is Charles Nwonuola, a former Shell worker and staff of the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency.
Nwonuola replaces Machy Nwodim who has completed his tenure as President General.
There was however mild drama during the December Convention after Ephraim Nwuzi, a member of the House of Representatives stormed the venue.
For more than 30 minutes proceedings were stalled as the lawmaker protested on the floor of the Etche assembly
