Governor Nyesom Wike has reacted to the judgment of the Court of Appeal on a suit filed by the Rivers State against the Federal Government, challenging it for illegally tampering with funds from the Federation Account that are meant for Rivers development.
Ruling Wednesday on the matter, the Court which said that it was wrong for the system to make direct deductions to support the police directed the Federal Government to immediately refund the share of the money belonging to Rivers State.
