How Arrogance and impunity ruined PDP’s chances – Nyesom Wike

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Nyesom Wike has openly blamed arrogance and impunity for what happened to the PDP.
Wike who bared his mind in an interview said those who refused to abide by the provisions of the PDP Constitution should take absolute responsibility for the loss suffered by the party.
He noted that nobody in the PDP can punish him on the basis of what transpired even as he stressed that he has always been guided by his love for the party in all that he has done.
The former governor of Rivers State said that PDP and APC governors were requested by the Presidency to submit nominees for appointment into boards of federal agencies and parastatals.
He revealed that all the governors, including those from the PDP, submitted 10 nominees each from their states.
The FCT Minister challenged PDP governors to deny that they did not comply with the presidential request to forward names for appointments.
Wike insisted that he had the authority of party leaders from the national level to the State to accept the appointment extended to him by the Tinubu administration.
