Death to vandals : How Army wiped out tormentors-in-chief harrassing the creeks

Some pirates and kidnappers who torment sea voyagers on the sea and in the creeks have been wiped out by security agencies in Akwa Ibom State.

Our sources reveal that the Army two days ago killed a number of notorious pirates masquerading  around Eket axis as militants.

Eket which can be assessed by the sea is the operational base of Mobil Producing Unlimited.

The pirates who were wearing amulets  were outgunned and outflanked by the Army according to local sources.

The pictures of the criminal elements killed in action that you are about  to see are quite graphic.

Soldiers were equally in action in Rivers State to free 10 hostages who were seized from a fishing trawler on Gabonese waters, moved across national boundaries and held captive by their abductors in the oil-rich State.

Information has it that $330,000 was paid as ransom in order to secure  their release from their kidnappers.

The army is believed to have commenced an operation to rid the waterways of miscreants that are terrorising  communities in the Niger Delta.

President Muhammadu Buhari declared the other day that he has taken absolute responsibility while directing the new chiefs of the Airforce,  Navy and Army to reclaim all parts of the country that are under seige from insurgents and other trouble makers.

Persons seen bearing offensive weapons are to be shot at sight in line with the latest directive issued by the President.

There are strong expectations that the people of Bonny who have been under repeated attacks from hoodlums may heave sighs of relief.

The Federal Government will soon commence the Bonny Deep Seaport and the implication is that waterways around the State would be monitored by operatives who are running the #Deepblueproject.
