Calls by the Isaac Ogbobula led Caretaker Committee urging party members in the State to eschew differences and forge close ties are gradually bearing fruit.
Already, the Local Government chapter of the APC in Eleme Local Government has set up an internal mechanism designed to bring members of the party in the area together.
According to information reaching our news desk, a Peace and Reconciliation Committee headed by the Chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the APC in the area, Bright Ngolo, met with members of the party in Alesa.
Alesa from what we have gathered has nine electoral units which constitute Ward 1 and its major Stakeholders sat with the Peace and Reconciliation Committee to find the way forward.
We have learnt that stakeholders in Ward 1 rededicated themselves to the idea of joining hands in other to build a winning team.
They also resolved to work in synergy with the Leader of the Ward, Hon. Sunny Keke.
While speaking, Keke assured stakeholders of an open door policy, and enjoined all members in Alesa to build a resilient and progressive party.
Hon. Bright Ngolo, Chairman of the party in the LGA said he was pleased by what he described as the new wave of peace and mutual understanding in Alesa Ward 1.
Some participants at the meeting, which held at the APC LGA Secretariat in Eleme included, Hon. Sunny Keke, Hon. Olujindo Obari, Hon. Deacon Boro Abbey, Comrade Christopher Obele, Comrade Emmanuel Olaka, Comrade Love J. Igwe, Comrade Oluka Alalejike, Hon. Osaromube Eppie and a host of others.
