PDP Congratulates Plateau Gov Over Victory
* As Governor thanks God and Plateau people

The National leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has congratulated the Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang over his victory at the governorship election petition tribunal.
While congratulating the Governor and the entire membership of the PDP nationwide, the party said it genuinely welcomed the decision of the election petition tribunal in Plateau State.
“This is yet another victory for democracy and for the people of Plateau state”, the PDP posted on its official “X” handle.
Mutfwang also took to “X” to celebrate his victory at the tribunal, saying, “The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in the Jos High Court validated my return as the duly elected candidate of the 18th March 2023 Governorship election in Plateau State.
“I want to thank God Almighty who made it possible; I want to thank the people of Plateau State who have stood by us.
“I want to thank the Lordships for having the heart to do according to the dictates of their conscience and according to the law.
“To the people of Plateau State, I want to say the hope they have placed in me is not mistaken, and by the Grace of God, we will deliver on this hope.
“We will become more proactive in the days to come and with the programs we have started, we will accelerate them and ensure we will move at the best speed that we can to deliver.”
