Sim shuts up critics, speaks at Omoku

Critics of the Rivers PDP candidate, Sim Fubara would be wondering what next line of political gossip to deliver.
These critics have persistently claimed that the Opobo-born technocrat and politician is incapable of articulately delivering any kind of message.
But Fubara who took the centre stage in Omoku Monday urged Rivers people to vote for him and all other PDP candidates in the State.
He said he would consolidate on the achievements of the Wike administration, pledging that he and his colleagues on the slate of the PDP will take Rivers State to the next level.

Turning to the ONELGA people, Sim as he is popularly known, promised to turn Omoku into a gas hub if elected.
He said his strategy would ensure the flow of direct investments, grow the economy and create jobs.
“Omoku will be a gas hub”, Fubara assured the ONELGA people, and paid tribute to Governor Peter Odili for his contributions to the emancipation of the State.
Siminalayi mocked other political parties saying the “horse is desperate ” while the other party whose symbol he did not mention has gone utterly quiet.
Earlier, the State Chairman of the party, Ambassador Desmond Akawor said PDP members were in ONELGA to celebrate victory, not to campaign.
Akawor noted that the PDP has never lost ground in the local government area and expressed confidence that history would repeat.
The State Chairman later presented flags to two State of Assembly candidates, Deaconess Ezekwem and Dr Frankline Uchenna Nwabochi.
Also speaking, the Director General of the Campaign, Felix Obuah described Siminalayi Fubara as Godsent.

“Today, I will introduce to you the better Go Round”, Obuah told the crowd.
He said the crowd gathered at the Felix Obuah Pavilion were card carrying members of the PDP.
He pledged that ONELGA would do better in the 2023 general elections than Obio/ Akpor and Port Harcourt Local Government Areas.
