Nobody hurts us without sustaining a scar”, Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State who is accusing the national leadership of the PDP of engaging in anti- party activity has said.

Wike was speaking at State School 1, venue of a mass rally organized by the Rivers PDP Campaign Council which took place  in Etche Monday afternoon.

The Governor explained, “You know we carried these small parties (APC, SDP) to court for failing to do what the law says”

He revealed that the party leadership in Abuja went behind to persuade lawyers engaged by the Rivers PDP to drop cases instituted against the SDP and the APC.

“We have caught them”, Wike remarked before a large crowd at Okehi, “They are the ones engaged in anti-party.”

The Governor hinted, “I told them anti-party begets anti-party. You know we carried these small parties (APC, SDP) to court for failing to do what the law says.

“The people in Abuja that say they are national have gone to collude with them (opposition parties) to write our lawyers a letter that they should take their hands off, in order to kill the cases we filed.”

It was perhaps, proof of the fact that a stormy war is being fought behind the scene by forces loyal to the presidential candidate and those aligned to the G5 Governors otherwise known as the Integrity Group.

“I have told our lawyers to withdraw from the matters”, the Rivers Governor  went on, “I will hit them back by tomorrow (today).

Wike who accused the leadership of the party of engaging in anti party activities warned that anybody who dares in any way  to step on the interest of Rivers people will get a befitting response.

“Nobody hurts us without sustaining a scar. Anybody who dares to touch us in Rivers State, I will inflict many scars on him and we have started it.

“We are voting for our people here. Now you have told us you are doing anti-party. We will show you what anti party is. Already, we have caught them
