DELGA Signs Budget Into Law
• Council to spend ₦13.8 Billion on projects, services, in 2025

The 2025 budget of the Degema Local Government Council authorising a fiscal expenditure of N13.8 billion this year has been signed into law.
According to information reaching our news desk, both the Council Chairman, Agiriye Monima Harry, and the leader of the local legislature, Festus Ibigoni Dick, jointly initialled the 2025 Appropriation Bill.
The N13.8 billion budget christened “Budget of Reformation and Transition,” is intended to drive the transformative change agenda of the Council leadership.
Obviously pleased with the expeditious passage of the appropriation bill by the legislative arm, Harry assured that the impact of his administration will be felt in the communities.
He expressed confidence that the Council under his watch would implement the local budget, promising to raise budget implementation stats from 70% to 90%.
Harry solicited the active support of stakeholders, urging them to contribute meaningfully toward the attainment of the primary goals of the budget and the transformation of their communties.
